My Story

Get to Know Me

Originating in Chicago, I fell in love with Florida on my very first trip while on vacation with my parents. When I turned 18, I moved to Florida. After living in Tampa in the 70’s, Miami in the 80’s, I moved to the Sarasota area in the 90’s, and I have made Lakewood Ranch my current home. After receiving my Real Estate License in 1983, I have gained extensive experience in almost every market condition a buyer or seller can run into, from 16% mortgages to real estate downturns and amazing boom years. Florida has proven itself time after time to be the most resilent real estate market to live in and invest in, while enjoying all the wonderful activities it has to offer year-round! I believe that your home is your sanctuary and should be treated as such. Whether you’re buying your first home or seeking that dream retirement residence, the experience should be nothing less than seamless.
